ISF NET Offers Japan-Based Remote IT Support for Japanese Companies’ Overseas Branches
– Launches ISF NET Global Offshore Solutions –

Tokyo, November 28, 2024 – ISF NET, INC., a leading Japanese IT services and staffing company, today announced the launch of its new comprehensive outsourcing service, ISF NET Global Offshore Solutions, aimed at supporting Japanese companies with overseas branches. This service allows ISF NET to remotely support IT operations at overseas offices while operating from Japan, offering cost-effective outsourcing solutions tailored to Japanese business practices and language preferences. Compared to the cost of hiring IT engineers locally in overseas locations, ISF NET has been able to reduce IT staffing costs by approximately 40% through its pilot program, which has been in operation since last year. Starting today, the service will officially be available under the ISF NET Global Offshore Solutions name.
As part of its global strategy, ISF NET will first roll out the service to Japanese companies with branches in countries such as the U.S., U.K., France, Germany, Singapore, Australia, Korea and China where staffing costs are typically higher than in Japan. In the future, ISF NET aims to expand the service to include not only Japanese companies but also international enterprises.
ISF NET has received numerous inquiries from Japanese companies operating abroad, citing challenges such as “the rising cost of wages at overseas branches and escalating hiring costs” and “difficulties with visa applications when dispatching staff from Japan.” This new service will help address these challenges by enabling multilingual ISF NET engineers to provide IT services remotely from Japan, helping clients resolve their issues. ISF NET engineers will facilitate communication between Japan and overseas branches, assist with multilingual contracts, and support transitions with existing vendors. The service is designed to lighten the workload of employees at overseas locations, allowing them to focus on core business activities.
